Founder & Principal Advisor, ONE Department

John has spent 15+ years helping organizations navigate transformation at scale—from digital modernization to AI-enabled operating models. He brings both strategic perspective and execution experience, working closely with C-suite and operating teams across Fortune 500 companies, healthcare systems, financial services, and technology organizations.

His focus is on the gap between AI potential and enterprise reality—the operating model, governance, workflow, and measurement challenges that determine whether AI initiatives actually deliver value.

John also maintains an active applied AI practice, exploring generative AI, machine learning systems, and natural language processing. His work is published across various platforms, exploring responsible AI deployment, enterprise governance, and operating model design.

He is based in the US and works with organizations across industries and geographies.
